Exploitation of Genetic Algorithms for Optimization of Preventive Maintenance of Continuous Steel Casting Device
One of the possibilities of a production process effectiveness improvement is a minimization of downtimes due to planned or non-planned maintenance. In the paper is description a basic methodology of a technical preventive maintenance optimization solution of continuous steel casting device by an exploitation of genetic algorithms and make of minimization of losses from the limited physical state acquirement and consequently considerable economical savings can be achieved.
